Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has sent a congratulatory message to Ararat Mirzoyan on his appointment as Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia. This was announced by the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Russian Foreign Minister’s congratulatory message reads:
«Dear Ararat Samveli, I sincerely congratulate you on your appointment as Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
I highly value your contribution as President of the RA National Assembly to the development of effective Armenian-Russian inter-parliamentary relations. I look forward to the continued advancement of close, multifaceted cooperation between our two foreign policy agencies, which stems from the vital interests of the peoples of Russia and Armenia.
I believe that effective cooperation between Moscow and Yerevan in resolving regional issues, the coordination of positions on multilateral platforms, and the unwavering implementation of Eurasian integration projects will continue to contribute to the allied spirit of our relations and the strengthening of Armenian-Russian friendship.
