Azerbaijani-Turkish forces kept the cities of Shushi and Stepanakert under heavy fire all night.
As a result of the shelling, several residential houses caught fire in Shushi, and there is destruction in the capital. Rescue teams of the State Emergency Service are working at the scenes.
Among the civilian population, according to preliminary data, there are 3 dead.
