Toivo Klaar, the European Union’s Special Representative for the South Caucasus, has announced that he will return to Yerevan. He wrote this on his Twitter page.
“Return to Yerevan for one-day meetings. The situation around the Lachin Corridor is serious, and urgent solutions need to be found. I look forward to discussions to find ways forward. The EU’s goal remains a comprehensive Armenian-Azerbaijani settlement,” Klaar wrote.
