Six Working Groups Formed in Artsakh, Damage Assessment and Inventory Underway

Stepanakert and the other settlements affected by the war are to be restored within a short period of time. In this direction, practical and concrete steps are being taken by the Republic of Artsakh and the Russian Federation. Six working groups were formed yesterday. This was announced by the State Service for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh. The latter are conducting damage assessment and inventory in Stepanakert, the surrounding centres and rural communities, to be followed immediately by vigorous construction. In this direction, practical and concrete steps are being taken by the Republic of Artsakh and the Russian Federation.

Six working groups were formed yesterday. This was announced by the State Service for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh.

The latter are conducting damage assessment and inventory in Stepanakert, the surrounding centres and rural communities, to be followed immediately by vigorous construction.

The working groups include rescue workers from the State Service for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh and the Stepanakert municipality in charge of construction.
