RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote on his Facebook page:
“Dear compatriots,
A few days ago I received an alarm that in one of the sections of the frontline, certain people went and convinced the fighting soldiers that ‘Nikol has sold the lands, that this is in reality a pre-arranged war, they brought you here and threw you into a meat grinder, to slaughter you, so that the arrangement would not be visible, holding the positions makes no sense’:
According to some information, by convincing the soldiers, even by ordering them, they forced them to abandon certain combat positions to the enemy: At my instruction, the NSS has launched an investigation, and one of the main actors, a resident of Stepanakert, has been identified and arrested in Yerevan: Within the framework of the initiated criminal case, an inquiry is underway, thanks to which it will be clarified which of the above-mentioned pieces of information is real and which is fabricated: At this moment various versions are being examined, including the version of political direction, but much is still not clarified:
To those of our compatriots who have similar information, I call on them to apply to the National Security Service: Traitors must have no place in our ranks, and the rear of our heroic soldiers, volunteers, and freedom fighters must be cleansed of such elements:
And victory shall be the Armenian people’s: In the name of the homeland”:
