DECIDED

To support the candidacy of Masis Mayilyan during the presidential elections of the Republic of Artsakh in the spring of 2020, taking into account his many years of experience in foreign relations, his skill in demonstrating professional diplomatic approaches, his impeccable path of political activity, and his vision regarding the international recognition of the Republic of Artsakh, the settlement of the Artsakh issue, and the political and economic future of the Republic of Artsakh:
2. To participate unequivocally in the parliamentary elections with a party proportional list, cooperating within the framework of a healthy alliance and mutual agreement with those political forces which, valuing the expression of the will of the people of the Republic of Artsakh, the problems facing our common homeland, and being concerned with the future paths of the settlement of the Artsakh issue, shall support the candidacy of Masis Mayilyan, with the aim of jointly supporting the realization of the free right to vote of the citizens of the Republic of Artsakh, as well as excluding possible attempts to use administrative resources and the fragmentation of votes by entrenched forces.”
