108 years ago, the genocide perpetrated against the Armenian people by the Turkish state in a premeditated manner is not merely an event of the historical past, to be commemorated by holding requiem services in our churches and organizing memorial events in halls.
It is a process that continues to this day, because the state-implemented policy of extermination and dispossession of homeland against the Armenian people has, to this day, not only failed to receive the unanimous and unequivocal recognition and condemnation of the international community, but most importantly, no resolute path has been paved for the struggle for just reparation and the restoration of national rights.
The security of the Armenian people’s life and the elementary right to peaceful existence, the territorial integrity and sovereignty of the Republics of Armenia and Artsakh, continue to this day to be subjected to daily Turkish-Azerbaijani provocations, and all this in the presence of the so-called strategic ally and guarantor of security. There are also growing manifestations of the use of force and permanent threats, whose main and obvious purpose is to sow fear and defeatism among the Armenian masses, to ultimately empty Artsakh of Armenians, to push the Republic of Armenia toward concession and retreat, and to bury forever the vision of repossessing the just rights of Armenians.
The complex geopolitical conditions that have currently arisen due to the irreconcilable and fierce conflict among international centers of power have created favorable conditions for the Turkish-Azerbaijani bloc to advance its strategic goals of becoming a dominant presence in the South Caucasus, which holds great geopolitical and geo-economic importance, and of subjugating the region and its inexhaustible natural wealth.
In these unfavorable conditions created for Armenian vital interests, the Armenian people have one and only choice: to strengthen, through tireless pan-Armenian efforts, the viability of the homeland state in all spheres, and to render its sovereignty impregnable by constantly re-equipping its only reliable guarantor of security — our glorious Armenian Army.
The Armenian people have decided once and for all not to submit to genocide and dispossession of homeland.
And they shall NOT SUBMIT:
The Armenian people have vowed to fight unyieldingly for the repossession of their national and human rights
And they shall POSSESS:
The Armenian people are ready to sacrifice what is most precious for the preservation of their national independence, identity and dignity.
And they shall PRESERVE:
The Armenian people have decided to win.
And they shall WIN:
