Tigranakert. The city of the king of kings was liberated during the first war, and this time it will celebrate the Armenian people’s new victory.
This is what Vahram Poghosyan, the spokesperson of the President of Artsakh, wrote on his Facebook page, adding that at this historic juncture, this is truly our last war, which we are obliged to win again through nationwide efforts.
