The State Service of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Artsakh reports that during the fighting on the night of 18-19 October, Azerbaijan once again violated the ceasefire agreement, opened fire on peaceful settlements of Artsakh, and targeted civilian structures.
In particular, the town of Martuni and the communities of Urekan, Ishkhanadzor, Aygehovit and Vurgavan in the Kashatagh region were shelled.
Information on casualties and damages is being clarified.
