Commander Kevork Balayan is one of the brilliant representatives of the new generation of Armenian military. He has destroyed 6 artillery pieces, 7 infantry fighting vehicles, and 3 wheeled vehicles belonging to the enemy forces.
He has been presented with the “Battle Cross” 1st degree medal. This is reported by the Artsakh Defense Army.
Private Harutyun Vardanyan is also to be awarded the “Battle Cross” 2nd degree medal for destroying 3 enemy artillery pieces, the same number of infantry fighting vehicles, and enemy personnel in the southeastern section of the front line.

During the fierce battles that unfolded in various sections of the front line, Lieutenant Colonel Armen Israelyan is to be awarded the “For Courage” medal for carrying out excellent engineering support, thanks to which our forces were able to achieve significant gains.
