Taking into account the war situation in Artsakh, which began on 27 September and has been developing and intensifying day by day for a week now, along with the accompanying struggle waged in the fields of information, diplomacy and public opinion formation, and emphasising the need for our nationwide unity and support during this period, the ADL Central Board wishes to address once again all our compatriots, underscoring the importance of the proper and responsible conduct and behaviour expected of every Armenian at this fateful moment for our homeland, along three main directions:
A. Assistance
Supporting the heroic army and people of Artsakh and delivering urgent aid is our duty, and it is critically necessary today. We therefore call upon all our compatriots in the entire diaspora, all ADL circles and partners, to provide financial support exclusively through the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund, via the link www.himnadram.org. The “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund operates under the auspices of the Armenian government and supports humanitarian and state programmes, and during this period it has launched a special nationwide fundraising campaign, “We Are Our Borders: All of Us for Artsakh.” We assure you that the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund manages the humanitarian financial donations it receives with professionalism and transparency.
B. Information
We have informed our compatriots on this matter before; we repeat it by way of reminder: it is extremely important for our compatriots to follow exclusively substantiated news and the interpretations of official spokespersons, where accurate and targeted information about the military operations in Armenia and Artsakh is presented, including through social networks, with updates on their official pages.
In this regard, the two authorised officials of the Armenian Defence Army are: Artsrun Hovhannisyan, official representative of the Crisis Information Centre, and Shushan Stepanyan, press secretary of the Armenian Ministry of Defence.
Furthermore, we ask all compatriots to absolutely refrain from sharing disinformation that is fabricated or circulated with a specific purpose, especially that spread through phone applications, and from having telephone discussions about military operations. Our Ministry of Defence has also repeatedly notified and warned about this. It is extremely important to follow only official news sources.

C. Solidarity
We call upon everyone to preserve at all costs national unity, solidarity and the cohesion formed around the one and only supreme struggle.
Our homeland and our heroic army are waging war day and night against genocidal and criminal Turkey and Azerbaijan.
Our unity, standing by and supporting our heroic soldier with the strong and clenched fist of the diaspora army, is our only national agenda today.
Let no one use this occasion to pursue personal interests or secure sectional gains.
