According to the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, in addition to Azerbaijan, Turkey is also fighting against Artsakh. Harutyunyan stated this during a press conference convened on the evening of 27 September.
“Turkey is also fighting against us. They are using the main modern weapons and ammunition available to the Turkish army, including drones and aircraft. I am not speaking of mercenaries or volunteers from other countries. Artsakh is fighting only by using the forces of the Artsakh Defense Army, and there will be volunteers only from Armenia, despite the fact that there is a decision by the government of the Republic of Armenia to declare martial law and mobilization,” said Harutyunyan.
The President of Artsakh noted that the Defense Army is carrying out the task set before it.
“We have lost positions, and it is possible we will lose more. We will definitely capture positions. The results of the war are predictable for us; the enemy’s plan will fail. They already have hundreds of losses and dozens of losses of armored vehicles,” noted the President of Artsakh.
