US Secretary of State Calls on Armenia and Azerbaijan to Reduce Existing Tensions

As noted in the statement issued on 15 November by the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the recent increase in tensions between Armenia and Azerbaijan underscores the need for a negotiated, comprehensive and sustainable settlement of the unresolved issues related to or deriving from the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict,” the US Secretary of State’s statement said.
