Former Chief of Police of the Republic of Armenia Valeri Osipyan has been appointed Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. We learn this from the E-gov.am website.

Valeri Osipyan is appointed Chief Advisor to the Prime Minister,” reads the Prime Minister’s decision.
