The International Committee of the Red Cross mission in Mountainous Karabakh has also contributed its share to the effort of providing drinking water to the residents of Stepanakert’s waterless neighbourhoods, the Stepanakert municipality reports.
Specifically, with its support, water-filled reservoirs have been installed in the courtyards of waterless residential buildings.
Municipality representatives conducted visits and confirmed that the city’s car wash stations are not operating.
“We express our gratitude to all those who approach the certain restrictions on water use with understanding and thereby help overcome the difficulties afflicting our population as soon as possible,” reads the statement issued by the Stepanakert municipality.
