France has sent 25,000 doses of vaccine against the “Corona” virus to Armenia. This was announced by the French Embassy in Armenia. The statement noted that this is the first batch of the vaccine.
“France stands by Armenia’s side in order to combat the epidemic,” the statement issued by the embassy said.
On 3 August, President Emmanuel Macron had announced the donation of 200,000 doses of vaccine to Armenia. In coordination with the Armenian authorities, the remaining shipments of the vaccine will continue tomorrow and over the coming weeks.
