The 33rd annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund convened in the capital city of Yerevan on Saturday, June 24, chaired by the Fund’s President, the President of the Republic of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan.
Also attending the meeting were the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan; the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan; the President of the Constitutional Court, Arman Dilanyan; and other high-ranking officials.
As is known, the Central Board Chairman of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, Mike Kharabian, is also a member of the Fund’s Board of Trustees; he was absent from the meeting for valid reasons and was officially replaced by the Central Board’s Vice-Chairman, Aleksan Garatanayan.
Also among the official participants of the meeting was ADL Central Board member Haig Lepejian, who is the Chairman of the Fund’s Australian Committee.
The meeting proceeded following the blessing of His Grace Archbishop Nathan. The Fund’s Executive Director, Haykak Arshamyan, presented an extensive report on the wide-ranging healthcare, social, housing, educational, renewable energy and cultural programmes implemented over the past year in Artsakh and Armenia. He also provided clear information regarding the progress of other projects.
The 2022 report was discussed. The Fund’s 2023 budget and future programmes were also discussed.
