Within the Tourism Committee of the RA Ministry of Economy, the chief editor of the British travel magazine «Wanderlust» is being hosted, who, together with his colleague, has come to Armenia for the first time at the Committee’s invitation, to discover what he considers a little-known, mysterious country that has all the prerequisites — a rich history and culture, the most delicious cuisine, warm and hospitable people — to become one of the attractive travel destinations for British (and not only) tourists.
Wanderlust travel magazine particularly targets travellers from Great Britain, the USA, Canada and the Gulf countries, who choose unusual, little-discovered destinations. The magazine’s eponymous website receives 1,500,000 visitors monthly.
A page presenting Armenia to the tourist has already been created on the website, which is regularly updated. The expansion of future cooperation provides an opportunity to reveal Armenia from different perspectives and make it known to the magazine’s loyal subscribers, travel companies and website visitors.
