Members of the Russian peacekeeping mission continue to ensure the safe return of Artsakh residents from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
In one day, 189 Armenians returned from Yerevan to Stepanakert by buses.
“In total, 49,827 refugees have returned to Nagorno-Karabakh. Russian peacekeeping troops ensure the safe return of citizens to their permanent places of residence, provide humanitarian assistance, and restore civilian infrastructure facilities,” the statement said.
The Russian peacekeeping mission continues to monitor the observance of the ceasefire around the clock from observation posts.
