“Tomorrow morning I will introduce a bill to recognize Artsakh, Artsakh’s independence and sovereignty. With this, the United States will officially recognize the right to self-determination of the people of Artsakh. I am extremely concerned that Azerbaijan is planning another war against Artsakh, another war against Armenia, and I believe this will be a powerful message to Baku’s dictator that on a bipartisan basis, Congress will stand in support of the rights of the people of Artsakh,” Schiff said.
