By decree signed by the President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan, Bardugh Saribeki Galstyan has been appointed advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh on agricultural affairs, on a voluntary basis.
It should be noted that Bardugh Saribeki Galstyan is the Chairman of the ADL of Artsakh and a member of the ADL Central Board.
Brief biography.-
Born on 28 April 1981 in the village of Hnaberd in the Aragatsotn Province, into a family of intellectuals.
Education
• In 1998, graduated with a gold medal from the Hnaberd secondary school. From 1998-2005, studied at and graduated from the Department of Food Processing Technology of the Armenian Agricultural Academy, receiving the qualification of engineer.
• In 2016, defended his candidate’s dissertation on the topic “Improvement of Dietetic Cottage Cheese,” receiving the academic degree of Candidate of Technological Sciences.
• Since 2018, he is a docent of the Higher Qualification Commission.
• Since 2018, he is a master’s student in “Political Science” at the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia.
• Author of a number of scientific articles and methodological manuals.
Military Service
• From 1999-2001, served in the Artsakh Defense Army.
• In 2016, voluntarily participated in the April Four-Day War. Awarded the “Combat Service” medal.
• In 2020, voluntarily participated in the Second Artsakh War.
Work Experience
• From 2005 to the present, engaged in farming and greenhouse agriculture.
• From 2011-2013, worked at the “Tigranakert” historical-cultural reserve, first as a night guard, then as manager. From 2012, concurrently, on an hourly basis, worked at the Stepanakert branch of the Armenian National Agrarian University (ANAU) as a lecturer.
• In 2017, transferred from the Stepanakert branch of ANAU to the Shushi University of Technology as a senior lecturer.
Scientific Activity
• Author of a number of scientific articles and methodological manuals.
Party Affiliation
• In 2015, together with colleagues from the initiative group, founded the Ramgavar Azadagan Party of Artsakh, of which he has been chairman to this day.
• Since 2016, he is a member of the Central Board of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party of the Diaspora.
Family Status
• Has two children: Saribek and Monte.
