On behalf of Armenia’s Goodwill Ambassador, world-renowned Armenian footballer Youri Djorkaeff, together with Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia Karen Giloyan and Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan, hosted a group of Artsakh children at the “SoftConstruct” company on the occasion of Christmas.
The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport reports that during the event initiated by the World and European champion, the children spent an interesting time and received “tablets” as gifts to effectively participate in distance learning.
It was noted that during a conversation with the children, the world-renowned footballer spoke about the importance of education, emphasizing that it is the most powerful weapon, and an educated society is the guarantee of a strong state.
Employees of “SoftConstruct” also presented the children with a series of innovative IT solutions, while an agreement was reached to provide support to those interested in IT technologies in the process of choosing a profession.
