Today, 30 October 2019, the delegation of the ADL Central Board, headed by the Chairman of the Central Board, Mr. Mike Kharapyan, visited the High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. Zareh Sinanyan.
The delegation headed by Mr. Kharapyan was composed of Central Board members: Hagop Andreasyan (Jerusalem), Levon Puleghyan (Yerevan), Vartan Uzunyan (Great Britain), Aleksan Garatanayan (Yerevan), Dr. Avetis Dakessian (Lebanon) and Bardugh Galstyan (Artsakh).
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Central Board of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, Mr. Mike Kharapyan, welcoming Mr. Sinanyan, underscored the importance of the structure he heads, noting that the Diaspora remains one of the most important and reliable forces of Armenia, and in this regard, Mr. Kharapyan once again stressed that the Board he heads and the ADL chapters are ready to extend a hand with full support and unwavering solidarity and to cooperate with Mr. Sinanyan in the mission of bringing to life the programs for the Armenian people envisaged by his office and placing Diaspora-Armenia coordination on firmer foundations.
The parties discussed the general procedure for future programs and cooperation. Reference was made to the ADL’s activities in the Diaspora, Armenia and Artsakh, as well as the party’s current difficulties.
