On Monday, 15 March 2021, the online meeting of the Board of Trustees of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund took place.
The meeting was attended, as representative of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, by the Chairman of the ADL Central Board, Mike Kharapyan.
At the end of the meeting, the Fund’s Board of Trustees issued a statement, which we present below:
“The meeting of the Board of Trustees of the ‘Hayastan’ All-Armenian Fund, held on 15 March of this year, passed in a constructive atmosphere, and the Board of Trustees expressed confidence that the funds collected during the war were used for their intended purpose. It was decided to create a working group from among the members of the Board of Trustees, which will work with an international auditing firm and other parties involved, for the purpose of examining the funds collected and used during the war. The Board of Trustees will pursue the goal of dispelling all doubts related to the use of the collected funds and ensuring public trust. The Board of Trustees once again expresses its deep gratitude to all donors for their continued support and dedication shown to Armenia and Artsakh.”
