The Lachin corridor has been blockaded by Azerbaijan for 43 days. Aliev continues to assure all international partners that the corridor is open, and that Azerbaijan has not subjected 120,000 people to starvation through its policy of ethnic cleansing. Armenia’s Ambassador-at-Large Edmond Marukyan wrote this on his Twitter page.
“If that is true, why is Azerbaijan rejecting an international fact-finding mission?” he added.
