The 34th annual session of the Board of Trustees of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund took place on Saturday, June 15. The session was chaired by the President of the Republic of Armenia and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Vahagn Khachaturyan.
Also participating in the session were the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, and other high-ranking officials.
As is known, the Chairman of the Central Board of the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party, Mike Kharabian, is also a member of the Fund’s Board of Trustees; he participated in the session online, and was officially represented by the Vice-Chairman of the Central Board, Aleksan Garadanyan. Also among the official participants of the session was Hayk Lepejian, a member of the ADL Central Board, who is the representative of the Fund’s Australian committee.
The Board heard the report of Executive Director Haykak Arshamyan on the activities of the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund for the year 2023. Several dozen vital and large-scale programmes were presented, covering healthcare, social services, education, housing construction, renewable energy, culture and infrastructure development in Armenia.
The Board of Trustees approved the “Hayastan” All-Armenian Fund’s annual financial and activity reports for 2023, as well as the 2024 annual budget, the activities of the Board of Trustees, the management of assets, and the internal work regulations.
