Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan said today, March 1, that any process of integration with Azerbaijan is excluded.
He said this during a government meeting, in the framework of which he presented Artsakh’s newly appointed State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan to the meeting participants.
As reported by the office of the Artsakh President, Arayik Harutyunyan noted that the people of Artsakh demonstrate every day great will and determination to tirelessly overcome the existing difficulties:
“Regardless of the difficulties and the various pressures applied against us, we will remain faithful to the ideals of the Artsakh movement, and there will be no step backward from the path of independence. With full responsibility, I want to declare that any process of integration with Azerbaijan is excluded. However, this does not mean that we will avoid contacts to resolve issues of an infrastructural and humanitarian nature,” said Arayik Harutyunyan.
