The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, intends to hold a vote of confidence in Artsakh. He made this announcement today during a rally in Stepanakert.
It should be recalled that yesterday, numerous citizens gathered at Stepanakert’s Renaissance Square, demanding the resignation of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan. And today, Arayik Harutyunyan announced that at 18:00 today, he would address the same square with a message.
“I am preparing to speak openly and honestly about all the main problems and solutions, from the war to the current security and socio-economic situation, from relations with the authorities of the Republic of Armenia to internal political developments. I regret that in this volatile situation, common sense is abandoning many people, without understanding the seriousness of the situation for the future of Artsakh. Regardless of some people’s attitude towards me, in this difficult situation I bear responsibility for all citizens of Artsakh,” Harutyunyan wrote.
