The special session of the National Assembly dedicated to the assumption of office of the newly elected President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, will take place on 21 May 2020 at 18:00, in the hall of the Shushi Culture and Youth Center. This was announced by the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, Ashot Ghulyan.
In his announcement, Ashot Ghulyan stated: “Guided by Article 45 of the Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, I declare:
The special session of the National Assembly dedicated to the assumption of office of the newly elected President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, will take place on 21 May 2020 at 18:00, in the hall of the Shushi Culture and Youth Center.”
