The perceptions of the Armenian and Karabakh authorities regarding the settlement of the Artsakh issue are identical. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this on 3 November during a Facebook live broadcast titled “Conversation with the Citizen: Speculations on the Karabakh Issue,” responding to speculations that the Armenian and Karabakh authorities have contradictions over the Artsakh issue.
“I can clearly record one thing: the perceptions of the Armenian authorities and the Karabakh authorities regarding the settlement of the Artsakh issue are identical. This is an extremely important record, and it simply cannot be otherwise. Speculations on this topic are ridiculous. I have said that there can be different approaches regarding various working issues… I often have discussions with the Artsakh authorities, with Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan, and in recent days we have had such a discussion as well,” he noted.
