Armenia has recorded 73 new cases of infection with the coronavirus.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
As of 11:00 on 24 April, the total number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Armenia is 1,596, with 27 deaths recorded (3 additional cases). In total, 16,552 tests have been conducted.
The number of recovered patients has increased by 69, bringing the total number of cured to 728. At present, 841 patients are receiving treatment.
The RA Ministry of Health has reported that the deceased patients were aged 87, 84 and 81 and had underlying chronic diseases.
