As reported by Armenpress, this was announced by The Guardian newspaper.
Switzerland and Norway, which are not EU member states but are integrated into the single market, will also receive invitations to attend the summit. Nine countries seeking EU membership will also be invited: Moldova, Ukraine, Georgia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia and Serbia.
In addition, Azerbaijan will also receive an invitation to attend the summit.
According to The Guardian newspaper’s publication, European Council President Charles Michel stated that there is a desire to also invite Turkey to the summit, but that would require the consent of all partners. It was noted that Greece and Cyprus are opposed to Turkey’s participation.
