Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan discussed international and regional security issues with Stéphane Dion, Canada’s Special Envoy to the European Union and Europe.
The head of Armenia presented to Canada’s ambassador to Germany Armenia’s positions regarding the demarcation and delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the opening of regional communication routes, as well as addressing the agreements reached through meetings mediated by international partners.
Nikol Pashinyan noted that Armenia values peace and stability in the region, expecting the support of international partners in that process.
During the meeting, other topics were also discussed, particularly issues related to the strengthening of democracy in Armenia and the expansion of Armenian-Canadian partnership in that context.
