The foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan are discussing the regulation of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations in Washington for a second day, the spokesperson of the foreign ministry, Ani Badalyan, told Radio Azatutyun.
The negotiations, according to the American side, are expected to last several days.
