Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva have left for Aghdam (Aknа), which has been under Baku’s occupation since the 44-day Artsakh War. This was reported by haqqin.az.
They laid the foundation stones there for the Mugham Center, the 2nd and 3rd residential districts, and an administrative building. Aliyev then reviewed the construction of the Barda-Aghdam railway.
