During the meeting with Human Rights Watch, I presented the Azerbaijani atrocities, stressing that the return of prisoners and the exchange of bodies requires an urgent solution. Armenia’s Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan wrote this on his Facebook page.

«Human Rights Watch has just published a report and recorded that Azerbaijani forces have captured many ethnic Armenian servicemen. According to the report, Armenian prisoners have been subjected to violence and humiliation. This is evidenced by videos that have been widely circulated on social networks since October.
The organisation specifically noted that the Azerbaijani armed forces have used coercion against Armenian prisoners with the intention of humiliating them.
During the meeting with Human Rights Watch, I myself presented the Azerbaijani atrocities, stressing that the return of prisoners and the exchange of bodies requires an urgent solution.
We continue to present to international bodies the tortures and cruelties of the Azerbaijani armed forces — war crimes. The aim is to make every effort to support the organisation of the return of prisoners and the exchange of soldiers’ bodies at the earliest possible moment».
