The statement issued by Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry claiming that on July 13, between 21:34 and 21:45, NKR Defense Army units opened fire with machine guns and automatic rifles towards Azerbaijani positions located near Shushi, does not correspond to reality.
“The NKR Defense Army’s frontline units, remaining faithful to the agreements reached, continue to adhere to the maintenance of the ceasefire regime and do not resort to actions that destabilize the situation,” stated the press release issued by the NKR Defense Ministry’s press service.
