As of the end of March 2020, Armenia’s state debt amounted to 3 trillion 650 billion 741.8 million drams, or 7 billion 289.820 million dollars. According to the RA Statistical Committee, of that amount, the external debt stood at 2 trillion 872 billion 579.4 million drams, or 5 billion 735.981 million dollars.
The government’s debt amounted to 5 billion 236.453 million dollars. In January of this year, Armenia’s external debt stood at 5 billion 751.541 million dollars, and in February, at 5 billion 737.679 million dollars. In dollar terms, in March, compared to February, the external debt decreased by 1.698 million dollars.
