Artak Beglaryan Appointed State Minister of Artsakh

Former Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Artsakh Artak Beglaryan has been appointed State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, being relieved of his position as head of the presidential staff of the Republic of Artsakh. This was announced by the press secretary of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Lusine Avanesyan. Let us recall that the former State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Grigori Martirosyan, had announced via a Facebook post that he would step down from his duties as State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh as of 1 June.
