Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov (Russia), Stefan Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (USA), the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office’s Personal Representative Andrzej Kasprzyk, and their accompanying officials on October 16.
As reported by the Main Information Department of the Artsakh Republic President’s Office, issues related to the settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict and the situation on the borders of Artsakh and Azerbaijan were discussed.
President Sahakyan reaffirmed official Stepanakert’s commitment to the peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, once again emphasizing the necessity of restoring the full negotiating format and Artsakh’s participation in all stages of the conflict settlement.
