“On 23 April 2023, as a result of unilateral and uncoordinated actions, the Azerbaijani side blocked traffic through the Lachin corridor in the area of observation post No. 1 of the Russian peacekeeping contingent.
The command of the peacekeeping contingent is conducting negotiations with the Azerbaijani side,” the statement said.
