The President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, has made a post on his official Twitter account regarding the commemoration of the victims of the Armenian Genocide. This was announced on its Facebook page by the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Greece.
“Referring to the day of remembrance of the Armenian Genocide, we pay tribute to the memory of the 1.5 million victims. We continue the struggle for the international recognition of this terrible crime. Our solidarity with the brotherly Armenian people is inseparable,” the post stated.
