RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan made a post on his Twitter page regarding the issue of Armenian prisoners of war, noting that this is already the second instance in which Azerbaijan has refused to fulfill its promise to return Armenian prisoners of war.
“The first instance was in May, when the promise was made in Brussels, and the second is now, when Azerbaijan committed in Washington to release 17 Armenian prisoners of war by September 30,” wrote Pashinyan.
