Units of the Azerbaijani armed forces opened fire on the evening of 21 September at around 8:00 pm, using mortars and large-caliber firearms, in the direction of Armenian positions located in the eastern section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
The news was reported by the Armenian Ministry of Defense, noting that the enemy’s fire was stopped by retaliatory actions.
There is one wounded Armenian soldier, whose life is not in danger.
As of 9:30 pm, the situation has stabilized; there are no shots being fired.
