Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry continues to spread disinformation regarding the opening of fire by RA armed forces units in the direction of Azerbaijani combat positions in one or another section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border.
The RA Ministry of Defense states that, in particular, on March 8, Azerbaijan’s defense department issued a statement claiming that on the same day, in the morning, RA Armed Forces units opened fire in the direction of Azerbaijani combat positions located in the western section of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border. This information likewise does not correspond to reality.
Following the provocation carried out by the Azerbaijani side in the same direction on the border on March 7, the situation on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is relatively stable and remains under the full control of the RA Armed Forces.
