On Monday, 14 October 2019, the benevolent Prelate of the Armenian Diocese of Beriou, His Grace Bishop Masis Zobouyan, paid his first visit to the Tekeyan Cultural Union and was received with a warm welcome by the Tekeyan members.
Union Chairman Garabed Shushanian welcomed the Prelate’s visit and, in his remarks, underscored the importance of maintaining cooperation within our community.
Having familiarised himself with the Union’s structure and activities, the Prelate likewise raised the idea of cooperation among Armenian unions and organisations.
On this occasion, the Chairman, on behalf of the Union, presented the Prelate with Vahan Tekeyan’s book “The Secret Garden.”
