US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, during a trilateral meeting with the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, emphasized the need to prevent further military operations, stressing the importance of returning to the peace process.
