On Tuesday, 4 April 2023, Catholicos Aram I received the representatives of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party (SDHP), the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) and the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party (ADL). The main subject of the meeting was the commemoration of the Armenian Genocide on 24 April.
It should be noted that this year the April commemoration will include two main initiatives.
a) A popular gathering in the evening of 23 April at the Catholicosate of Antelias.
b) A Holy and Immortal Liturgy on the morning of 24 April at the Cathedral of St. Gregory the Illuminator, and an Intercessory Service before the Martyrs’ Memorial-Altar.
