The Armenian Democratic Liberal Party’s Lebanon Regional Board learned with deep sorrow of the death of Ara Aharonian, member of the Party’s Central Board and General Secretary of the Party’s Armenian Cause Council.
With the death of Ara Aharonian, the Armenian nation and the Armenian Democratic Liberal Party have lost a humble and broad-minded benefactor who fought for our Cause and gave much of his time and effort to the nation and the Party. We must continue the work carried out by Aharonian, because work that has someone to continue it will inevitably succeed. On this sad occasion, in the name of the Party’s circle in Lebanon, we express our heartfelt condolences to the members of the deceased colleague’s family, his relatives, and his comrades in ideology. May God illuminate the soul of our noble colleague.
