As of 11:00 a.m. on May 30, a total of 8,927 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, of which 3,317 have recovered.
This was stated on the website of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the RA Ministry of Health.
At this time, 5,435 infected individuals are actually receiving treatment for the coronavirus disease. In total, 57,081 tests have been conducted. Thus, there are 251 new confirmed cases of the coronavirus disease and 20 recoveries.
Today, 7 deaths from the coronavirus disease have been recorded (the total number of deaths reached 127).
The RA Ministry of Health announced that the deceased patients were men aged 82, 73, 70, 75, 76, and 64, and a woman aged 61, all of whom had accompanying chronic diseases.
An additional 3 deaths have been recorded in which the patient tested positive for the coronavirus infection, but the cause of death was another disease. The total number of such cases is 48.
